The Kent IT Clinic offer students and staff members of the University of Kent at both the Canterbury and Medway campuses laptop and computer repair at competitive prices. The service is also open to students at other Universities at the Medway Campus. Please see below for services offered, prices and our terms and conditions.
At Canterbury the KITC computer repair service is only available to staff employed by the University of Kent and students of the University of Kent with a valid KentOne card.
At Medway the KITC laptop repair service is also available to all staff and students of the Universities at Medway.
Customers are responsible for providing all software/hardware/parts and ensuring compatibility.
All software must be duly licensed with original serial numbers.
All Hardware installations/upgrades come with a 30-day warranty. If the work is unsatisfactory and the fault lies with KITC, we will correct the problem at no additional charge.
